Services
Three disciplines, one team. You can appoint us for any one of them — but they work best together, and we will tell you which you actually need.

Architecture
You have land, or are about to buy it, and want the building designed properly before anyone prices it.
What it covers
Interiors
You want the inside of the house resolved to the same standard as the outside — ideally before the frame is cast.
What it covers
Civil
You want one party accountable for both the design and what actually gets built.
What it coversWhere responsibility sits
The three overlap on purpose. That is the point of holding them together.
Architecture decides what the building is and how it meets its climate. Interiors resolves how it is inhabited — ideally early enough to move a wall rather than work around it. Civil is whether any of it survives contact with a site.
Appoint one and we will do it properly, and be honest about what we cannot protect beyond our scope. Appoint all three and there is nobody to hand over to, and nobody to blame.
Engagement
Every appointment begins with a written scope. It states what is included, what is excluded, what we need from you and when, and what each stage produces. We would rather over-specify that document than argue about it later.
We are comfortable being appointed for design only. We will simply be honest about which parts of the intent we can no longer protect once the drawings leave us.
