We are a small studio. That means fewer people between you and the decision, and no one to hide behind.
What we look for
We are less interested in software fluency than in whether you can draw a junction and explain why it is drawn that way. Site experience matters here more than it does in most studios, because our people go to site.
If you want to specialise narrowly, this is probably the wrong practice. If you want to follow a project from the first site visit to the last snag, it may be the right one.

Architects
Two years upward. You will run a project, not a drawing sheet.

Interior designers
Comfortable specifying joinery and reading a shop drawing.

Site engineers
Quality-first. You will own the stage checklist.

Interns
Six months minimum. You will be on site within the first month.
