We reply within two working days, usually with two or three questions rather than a proposal. A proposal only makes sense once we understand the site.

We ask about area and budget because they decide what is possible. A range is enough, and we would rather tell you early that a brief and a budget do not meet than discover it in month nine. Nothing here is shared with anyone else.
Before you write
Yes. Most of our work is in and around Hyderabad, and we have completed projects in Goa and Kerala. Travel and site-visit frequency are agreed in the appointment.
Yes. We will be clear about which parts of the design intent are harder to protect once construction is with another party.
Design typically runs three to six months depending on how settled the brief is. Construction depends on scale, site and approvals. We give a programme at appointment and update it stage by stage.
Usually a percentage of project cost for architecture, and a defined fee for interiors. Civil execution is costed against a bill of quantities. Everything is written down before you commit.
Costs are presented stage-wise, with exclusions written down as clearly as inclusions. Where we execute, work is costed against a bill of quantities you can compare line by line.
You do, from a schedule we prepare and samples you hold in daylight. Nothing is approved from a screen, and nothing is substituted on site without your written agreement.
Each stage is checked against a fixed list and photographed before the next trade begins. That record goes to you.
Yes, where there is enough scope for the work to be worth doing properly. Small cosmetic refreshes are usually better handled by someone else.
